Once you receive your custom quote you will be required to make a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your order.

This deposit must be made within 48hours of your invoice date. If it is not received within 48 hours and you have not communicated with me about your deposit, I will assume that you no longer wish to place your order.

I can be flexible with the deposit date, so please keep the lines of communication open so we can work together on it!

Final payment for your order must be made within 7 Days of your pickup date.

Collection is generally Friday afternoons unless your order date is different. You will be allocated a time for collection the week of your order.

If you do not show up during your allocated pickup time, I may not be available for pick up until the next business day.

I use express Australia Post for all orders requiring shipping. All Bics are heat sealed, bubble wrapped and carefully packaged.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for breakages that occur during postage.

I understand that life happens and some things are out of our hands. If you need to cancel, please let me know well in advance. Unfortunately if you do cancel, your deposit will not be returned. This payment is made to ensure your date is secured and other orders are not filled for that date.

If your event is rescheduled, I will carry your deposit to that date, however, please be aware that the date may be subject to availability.

I do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the order.

Please take this into consideration when placing your order. I also do not offer refunds for any damages incurred by Aus post.
